Rosedale Diet
Ron Rosedale, MD, Rosedale Diet written plan in late 2004. In the book, the author describes his weight loss plan diet that has not been done yet. This refers to the reports of certain dietary nutrients.
Rosedale diet type
The Rosedale diet could be described as a carbohydrate, low-protein diet rich in fat, very low. It is similar to the South Beach diet and diet Hampton (and even the Atkins diet) - but puts more emphasis on the consumption of healthier fats.
Rosedale diet the the premise behind Rosedale diet is to control the hormone lepton (see more about the plans of lepton). Recent research has shown that this hormone that is responsible for controlling hunger. Dr. Rosedale says that the management of this hormone, which is not going to "eat too much", but simply before. This is why weight loss occurs.
Breakthrough?
Although it contains a lot of science, there is little that is new in the Rosedale diet - with the exception of lepton research - this is all new research. It has long been known that the consumption of fat (especially unsaturated fats) does not help to satisfy your appetite. Carbohydrates are only the author recommends fibrous carbohydrates (Beg, vegetables). starches and grains are completely extinguished.
Rosedale Diet - What do you eat?
The recommendations of the proteins to be approximately one half gram per lean body mass. This equates to about 50-75 grams of protein per person per day.
There is no way to count calories or rely on this Diet in carbohydrates. The Rosedale Diet is all about eating when hungry. The diet is restrictive, starting with a phase of three weeks, when all carbohydrates should be avoided. After the first three weeks, other foods can be consumed - but only in limited quantities.
There are even some fruits and vegetables that should be avoided! - For example, bananas, melons, dried fruit (all varieties), grapes, melon, orange, pineapple, watermelon, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, white potatoes, corn.
Supplementation Rosedale Diet
There is a large sector of supplementation (approximately 25 pages of the book). Recommended supplementation plans would be expensive to do, Rosedale Diet and the fact that the author does business in the supplement industry is still suspect.
Although there is absolutely no doubt that our food supply is far from being rich in nutrients, and we have to complete - it should not be necessary to buy as supplements for weight loss.
Exercise Rosedale Diet strategies
"... Get great results even if you never pick up a weight or dust on the treadmill ..." - Dr. Rosedale Diet.
This is something that we all like to hear - lose weight by eating when you want and not exercise. It just is not realistic. The benefits of exercise are endless. Ask any person who has a physical transformation of muscle obesity - bet you will find that they have to have a weight and a lot of cardio.
Conclusion
Rosedale diet is different. Ron Rosedale has been at the forefront of research for some time lepton. We also received a number of emails from people who have had success with this Rosedale Diet - not just weight loss, but reducing other health problems like diabetes and cholesterol problems.
